is the Managing Principal of Maple Hill Real Estate Investors (“Maple Hill”), a privately held real estate investment and asset management company based in Northern New Jersey.Before co-founding Maple Hill, Joshua served as a Senior Vice President at Atlantic Creek Real Estate Partners (“ACREP”), a fully discretionary real estate private equity fund.Prior to joining ACREP, Joshua oversaw acquisitions at Blackpoint Partners, where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and managing value-add investments in retail, office, multifamily and hotel assets nationwide. Joshua has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience including acquisitions, asset management, advisory and brokerage.
Mr. Schwalbe graduated Phi Beta Kappa and Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Economics and History from Brandeis University and holds an M.B.A. in Real Estate and Finance from Columbia Business School. Joshua lives in New Jersey with his wife Aliza and their four children and is a proud parent of a current Shefa middle school student.
